Proper nutrition helps us staying healthy by preventing and fighting diseases, achieving and keeping proper body weight, as well as maintaining higher energy levels. The foods we consume are broken down and put back together into our muscles, bones, as well as our organs and tissues. So putting the wrong foods in our systems will result in supplying our organs with the wrong fuel resulting in poor performance by those organs. we can carry out a lot more physically demanding actions for a longer period of time when we ingest a nutritious diet while a poor and inadequate diet will lead to significant health issues.
